The Award winning Public Access Defibrillators UK was launched in 2013 by Brian Firth following the death of a customer in Morrisons car park in Guiseley, West Yorkshire. It is now the largest independent Defibrillator Organisation in Yorkshire, having saved 35 lives to date.
A non profit organisation run solely by volunteers.

Brian Firth

Brian Firth, the Founder of Public Access Defibrillators UK, started his journey in the world of defibrillators many years ago when he joined St John Ambulance as a volunteer First Aider.

The original objective was to learn First Aid to be able to assist his grandchildren in medical emergencies. He quickly became very enthusiastic about First Aid and within 12 months had qualified as a First Aid trainer.

Survivor Stories

Fabrice was born on April 6th 1988 in Zaire, now known as the Democratic Republic of Congo. He moved to England when he was 11 years old and progressed to play for England under 21s.
